Process management for teams

Run every process as a pipe — and never let work go quietly late

Track40 models your workflow as phases a card moves through, with SLA timers, validation and formulas built in. The board always reflects reality, and anything overdue shows it.

Free plan: one pipe, 100 cards a month, no card required.

Pipes & phases

Model any process as a pipe of phases. Cards flow left to right; a drag-and-drop board keeps the whole team looking at the same picture.

SLA tracking

Set time limits per phase and an expiry on the pipe. Wall-clock, weekdays-only, or business-hours calendars with holiday support. Late cards surface "late by N days" automatically.

16 field types

Text, number, currency, date, select, assignee, attachment, lookup and more — each with validation: length, ranges, date bounds, file size and MIME limits.

Formula fields

Computed fields from other fields with built-in functions. Circular references are rejected at definition time, so a pipe can never wedge itself.

Validation rules

Cross-field rules — require-one-of, exactly-one-of, date comparisons, conditional-required, composite uniqueness — enforced before a card can move on.

Saved views

Filter, sort, group and aggregate (sum, average, count, percent-filled). Relative-date filters like "overdue" or "next 7 days". Export any view to CSV.

Webhooks

HMAC-signed events for card created/updated/moved/deleted, late and expired, comments and pipe lifecycle. Automatic retries with exponential backoff.

Roles & access

Organisation roles cascade into pipes; per-pipe admin / member / viewer overrides. Field visibility and editability are role-aware.

Migrate in

Bring pipes across with the Pipefy importer. Imports run in the background so a large migration never blocks your team.

How it works

  1. 1

Design the pipe. Define phases and the fields a card carries. Set which phases a card may move to next.

  2. 2

Add SLAs and rules. Phase time limits, validation rules and formula fields keep cards correct and on schedule.

  3. 3

Run the work. The team drags cards through phases; views, webhooks and CSV export keep everyone and everything in sync.
